 Through constant monitoring and onsite management, Meridian is positioned to monitor labor, equipment, chemical rates, negotiate contract issues, and provide accountability to subcontractors and other vendors used on the restoration project.  Through integrated daily project involvement, Meridian is positioned onsite to monitor the day-to-day activities of restoration and remediation contractors. As an Operational Clerk, Meridian works with the contractors involved in the recovery effort, to insure the recovery project is completed in a timely and financially effective manner for comprehensive cost control.

Daily project summations with detailed tracking of labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and all other project components are drafted by Meridian project managers providing an objective report on every aspect of the restoration project.

 In the event of a wide spread catastrophe, Meridian can provide trained personnel to liaise with insurance company clients to insure their best interests are being addressed.  Meridian provides enhanced Document Consulting for commercial property adjustment agencies. This service establishes an accurate valuation of damages and the appropriate recovery options, and can be advantageous in settling a claim that has gone to "alternative dispute resolution".

We also combine our knowledgeable and unbiased insights in reviewing invoices from contractors around the country. Meridian will inspect the structure and review the billing to determine if rates are competitive, time frame is reasonable, and a reasonable and prudent approach to restoration was followed.

Our involvement from beginning to end ensures setting appropriate cost estimates and allows us to control costs to those estimates.

Meridian works with restoration companies to verify the extent of water intrusion and determines the most appropriate approach to drying a structure while providing expertise in the overall recovery effort. If necessary, Meridian provides state-of-the-art thermal imaging to identify and assess potential unknown damage and provide a better understanding of the loss and scope of work needed for a complete restoration project. 

 Meridian has vast experience in mold remediation projects and is licensed in Texas as a Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC 1045). Additional training in remediation and the technical aspects of mold remediation positions Meridian to provide the same operational expertise and ability to insure mold remediation projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner. 

 We receive, transmit and retain the majority of our information on our computer hard drives, microfilm, microfiche, CD's, digital images and other media. But today, we still consider paper documents as the vital link throughout all types of businesses and government. Once vital records, whether they are financial, medical, legal, educational, research or corporate, are damaged by water, fire, vandalism or natural disasters, it becomes critical to recover these records in a timely manner, by technically qualified vendors along with nationally competitive pricing.
